It’s a marathon not a sprint.
After having two children in her 30s Alicia was ready to start her exercise journey. You can see for the first cycle of programming the weight stayed the same with some fluctuations in muscle gain and fat loss. Staying committed to the program the noticeable results came after 6 months (the first 8 weeks of any program are motor adaptions) where her weight reduced and her body fat percentage went down. All while building muscle and taking years off her body age.
